In my last post I talked I talked about how I found a set of 100% silk striped pajamas that I’ve been wear as every day clothes…because why not? Well here’s the matching top y’all! I’ve been having a lot of fun styling these pieces. Next up: styling them together!
This striped top is going right to the top of my basics list. I know, I definitely didn’t need another striped shirt but I love its’ versatility, and think it would be fun to style in different ways. Expect to see this shirt a few times in the coming months! I think it could be really cute as a layering piece with a tee underneath and converses, or tucked in to some high-waisted bell bottoms.
Lately, I’ve really been not liking skinny jeans. I want to look cute but still comfortable, and skinny jeans are just not cutting it. So when I found these cropped flare jeans, I rejoiced at their perfect shape and knew the jeans were a God send. They fit me in all the right places, and still leave some room for comfort. I’ve currently been into layering tunics and longer shirts over pants, and these are the perfect pair to do so!
And since it’s finally Spring, I decided to break out my over-sized lime green jacket. The bell sleeves are right on trend (another reason I love thrifting!), and it adds a bright pop of color to a more minimal outfit. How has Spring been inspiring you to dress?
